Europe's largest shoe store Deichmann joins Rochdale Riverside

Europe’s largest shoe retailer is coming to Rochdale Riverside.
German retailer Deichmann, which offers a large selection of shoe styles and brands for women, men and children, is opening 'soon' on Riverside Walk.
A post on Facebook by the Rochdale Riverside account confirmed that Deichmann will be “opening soon at Rochdale Riverside.”
Deichmann was founded in 1913 by Heinrich Deichmann as a cobblers’ shop ran with his wife, Julie. Now it is active in 31 countries with 4,300 shops, employing around 42,000 people.
It is the latest name to join the multi-million flagship centre, following big names like Dunkin’ Donuts, New Look and Nando's to the scheme.
