Middleton Rotary Community Stars Awards
Have you helped the local community out over the last two years? Middleton Rotary – in conjunction with Middleton Shopping Centre – is looking for nominations for its Community Star Awards.
Nominees should have aided the local community between July 2020 and April 2022, by helping or assisting the community outside of their normal everyday job or occupation; going over and beyond the normal call of duty; or those who have raised funds or awareness of a particular illness, disease or even a situation.
Nominees can be individuals or a group/organisation, and there are four categories:
- Under 11
- 11-18
- Over 18
- A group or organisation
The awards will be presented at the Bowlee Jubilee Family Fair on Saturday 4 June 2022. All entrants will receive a badge and certificate whilst the best in each category will receive a trophy and a £50 gift card.
The awards will be judged by the Middleton and Heywood 2020 Rotary Community Stars teams and their decision will be final.
Nomination forms are available in the Middleton Shopping Centre where there is a post box for returns of the forms, or they can be requested by emailing secretary@middleton.rotary1285.org (and then submitted to the same email address).
