Advice for landlords
Date published: 22 September 2008
Residential landlords can get help and advice at a free event in Castleton on Thursday (25 September) organised by Rochdale Council.
The ‘Landlord Accreditation Scheme Forum’ will enable landlords to learn more about the services provided by the council, which include help with letting and managing properties.
Topics to be covered will include tax, environmental health issues and anti social behaviour problems plus much more.
Scheme Co-ordinator Ross Giles said landlords would find the event very useful. “These events give us an opportunity to highlight what help is available and really strengthen the working relationship between private landlords and Rochdale Borough Council,” she said.
The event is at the Norton Grange Hotel, Castleton from 6.30pm. To reserve your place phone 01706 926623.
