Middleton shop worker threatened with knife

A shop worker was threatened with a knife during a robbery in Middleton.
The 40-year-old man was getting ready to close up at Sunworld on Oldham Road, Middleton at about 8pm on Friday 30 November 2007, when a man armed with a knife went into the shop and demanded cash.
The victim handed over a moneybox and the offender ran out onto Oldham Road and headed towards Chadderton.
No-one was hurt during the incident.
The offender is described as white, aged 17 to 18, 5ft 7in to 5ft 8in tall and of thin build. He had a pale complexion with a thin drawn face and was wearing a black zip-up hooded top with a black knitted hat, black tracksuit bottoms and black gloves.
