Rochdale Pioneer’s Museum will reopen Saturday 29 August
After a long period of closure due to Covid-19, the Rochdale Pioneers Museum on Toad Lane will reopen in time for the August Bank Holiday next weekend.
The museum, run by the Co-operative Heritage Trust, has been awarded the Visit England ‘good to go’ mark, showing government and industry Covid-19 guidelines are being followed and that processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and social distancing.
A representative said: “We are looking forward to welcoming back our staff and visitors to this iconic building and extending our opening hours in September.”
The museum reopens on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August from 11am to 3pm.
The museum will be open throughout September on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 11am-3pm.
