Road markings will be applied to new speed bumps on Rakewood Road 'as soon as possible'.
The speed bumps come as part of a shared space scheme for the road, which aims to improve pedestrian safety with a 20mph speed limit and rumble strips.
The council has introduced five speed bumps on Rakewood Road where the pedestrian footpaths are, with cobbled rumble strips proposed on the southern section of the road.
Rochdale Borough Council’s highways team has confirmed the strips are yet to be constructed, and the missing road markings will be applied to each road hump as soon as possible.
The project has been funded by from Pennines Township.
