Dangerous wall at Pegasus Court not repaired for over 12 months
A wall at Pegasus Court on Bury Road, Rochdale which was damaged, over 12 months ago, on 9 February 2018, is still waiting to be repaired and, apart from placing plastic barriers, nothing has been done since.
A resident commented: ‘The wall is on the footpath of Bury Road where many children pass as well as older people many with limited walking ability’.
In a statement from the HML Group who manage Pegasus Court a spokesperson said: “This is a complicated matter, but the property manager for Pegasus Court has communicated details surrounding the process to the attendees of site residents’ meetings and they will be informed of the status of the project as information is confirmed.”
