Stamford House celebrates Dignity Day with a coffee morning
Last week Stamford House celebrated Dignity Day with a coffee morning.
Assistant Manager Sheila Baker said: “We had lots of cakes and treats with cups of tea and coffee.
“This was our opportunity as health social care workers, relatives and members of the public to uphold people's rights to dignity and provide a truly memorable day for people who use our car services.
“We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have decided that we will make this a regular occasion.
“We discussed the ten key points our staff needed to follow to become dignity champions and what dignity means to the residents.
“Stamford House are aiming to have 100% of staff trained and crowned dignity champions and we are working hard to achieve this.”
