Rochdale jewellery store targeted by armed robbers - who leave empty handed

Three armed men clad in balaclavas left empty-handed after targeting a Rochdale jewellery store earlier this month.
Shortly before 11am on Monday 4 February 2019, police were called to reports of a robbery at Nathan and Co jewellery store and pawnbrokers on Yorkshire Street.
Three men wearing balaclavas parked up outside the premises in a silver Honda Civic, before two of the men entered the shop armed with hammers and knives.
Staff managed to raise the alarm and the offenders left the scene empty-handed.
No arrests have been made.
