Results day: Rochdale Sixth Form has been named top of the country for the fifth year running
Once again, Rochdale Sixth Form College has topped the Department for Education’s Performance Tables, having been named the highest ranked Sixth Form College for value added performance in the country for the fifth year.
The tables released each January show that students at RSFC make more progress than students at any other sixth form college in the UK.
The national league tables are calculated by measuring students’ progress since joining the college which was graded outstanding by Ofsted in 2013 and achieved record results in 2018.
Rochdale Sixth Form College Principal Richard Ronksley said: “Topping the Department for Education performance tables is no mean feat and we’re all delighted to receive this national recognition for the fifth time. Students, staff and parents/carers all work so hard and this is reflected in these fantastic results, which we are all incredibly proud of.”
