Change of use application for Middleton shop withdrawn
Date published: 27 December 2018
A planning application to transform a shop in Middleton to a laundrette has been withdrawn as of 18 December 2018.
The change of use application for the ground floor shop at the Assheton Arms Hotel, constructed before World War One, on Market Place, was initially submitted in June 2017.
Five objections had been received, citing little parking, the historical appeal of the building and potential accidents.
