RBH closes for normal business on Monday 24 December at 4.0-0pm and reopens on Wednesday 2 January 2019 at 8.00am.
Our customer centre at St Alban’s House closes at 4.00pm Monday 24 December and reopens on Wednesday 2 January 2019 at 10.00am.
Please note our new and extended Wednesday opening hours for St Alban's House - from 2 January St Alban's House will be open from 10.00am until 6.00pm every Wednesday.
Our 9.00am to 5.00pm opening hours will remain unchanged on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Our emergency repairs line operates 24/7 throughout the festive period on freephone 0800 027 7769.
