Man taken to hospital after three cars and bus collide

A man has been taken to hospital with arm injuries following a collision between three cars and a bus on Manchester Road on Saturday (15 December).
A double-decker First bus, a black Ford Focus and red Seat Leon and a white Kia Seed collided at around 5.10pm at just before the junction with Kemp Avenue and the BMI Highfield Hospital.
Part of the road was closed off whilst the emergency services attended the scene.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police confirmed: “Officers were called at 5.12pm to reports of a collision between 3 cars and a bus.
“At 7.53pm, the road was reopened.
“A man was taken to hospital.”
