Kingsway Park High School recently held their annual awards evening, which saw a variety of certificates presented to pupils past and present.
As well as GCSE certificates being awarded, former pupils were invited back into school for an ‘Impressive Awards Ceremony’.
Presentations for varying achievements throughout school life were also awarded, such as:
- Resilience and Tenacity
- Contribution to School Life
- Outstanding Attendance
- Respect and Good Manners
- Integrity
- Determination
- Student of the Year
In addition to governors and parents, local colleges, Rochdale Sixth Form and Hopwood Hall, also attended.
Both colleges presented their own awards to former Kingsway Park High School students, who have made the most outstanding progress since attending their college in September this year.
Headteacher, Deborah Ball said: "It was great to see the students again and catch up on where they are now.”
