Be active every day to beat the blues away
Rochdale and District Mind has partnered with RED January, a movement that encourages people to get active every day in January to support their mental health.
There are no rules or targets; you can walk, cycle, swim or go for a kick about.
The focus is just about getting active in your own way.
Join thousands of people around the UK kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.
Register for free at www.gmmind.org.uk/redjanuary2019/ and get your free shoelaces and starter pack.
RED t-shirts are also available for a donation. Some people use this as an opportunity to fundraise for their local Mind.
Rochdale and District Mind have been providing mental health services for people living in the Borough of Rochdale for over 30 years and all sponsorship money will go to keep it going.
