RBH Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018

Rochdale Boroughwide housing (RBH) wants to know what matters most to local tenants about the services RBH provide and how they can improve what they do.
Viewpoint Research CIC, a specialist research company, has been tasked with conducting the RBH customer satisfaction survey.
Viewpoint is a leading telephone-based research agency with offices in Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds. They complete thousands of surveys every year and work to strict guidelines around handling personal data and confidentiality.
They will be aiming to speak to around 1,250 tenants who they will choose from the full RBH tenant database, ensuring that people from all neighbourhoods and age groups are included. The calls are taking place during October.
The questionnaire is short and should not take more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
