More than 90 families were helped by the Consulate General of Pakistan at Deeplish Community Centre on Saturday 6 October.
The main purpose of the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) consulate service is to help elderly and children who are unable to access services at the main offices in Manchester.
Sohail Ahmad, from Deeplish Community Centre, said: “We are connecting the local community with Consulate Services to renew their ID cards, get advice and information on issues relating to NADRA cards, visas and other diplomatic services.
“We are dedicated to providing support and assistance on relating community matters.
“We acknowledge and appreciate Consulate staff and the NADRA team for providing this valuable service on people’s door steps.”
NADRA Manager Qaiser Mahmood said: “We are pleased to offer services on weekend and an opportunity to engage with local community.
"This service is designed to provide support and guidance to senior citizens and children who are unable to travel due to heath and mobility, or unable to take time off schools.
“This also helps working parents and individuals who cannot attend our consulate offices in Manchester.
“We are always pleased to visit Deeplish Community Centre who are well organised in co-ordinating and arranging services for the local community.”
