Christ Church, Healey Sunday School starts at 9.45am on Sunday 7 October with Holy Communion at 10.00am The Rev. Graham Lyndley, followed by refreshments in the Parish Hall.

Morning Prayer at Christ Church, Healey this Thursday and Friday at 8.15am.

Prayers for the sick - Every month there will be a new list at the back of the church. If you would like us to pray this coming month (September) for someone please add their name to the list. This will now change Monthly.

Licensing of Rev’d Gill Barnett will take place on 21 October at 7.00pm at Christ Church. There will be refreshments served in the hall following the service and time to chat to Gill.

A.L.M Commissioning - A big thank you from Ruth to everyone for their kind words of support this past year and especially at the Cathedral last Sunday.

Rochdale Foodbank - Donations for the Foodbank required please. Long life Milk, Coffee, Sugar, Pasta, Packet Soups, Toothpaste & brushes. Toiletries.

200 Club - The 200 club has restarted. There are numbers still available for anyone to join. Spread the word with friends and family. There will be a weekly £10 prize and twice a year a £50 prize. Please see Alison Williams for more details.

Jumble Sale - Thank You to anyone who helped in any way, collecting, sorting & selling. Final amount raised was a record £1040.

Craft & Coffee Morning - Friday 12 October 10.00am – 12noon. If you fancy a bit of company. If you like chat or enjoy a variety of crafts on the go then pop in and join us. We would love to see you.

Sunday 14 October at 10.00am - Harvest & Dedication Service - This joyous service for the whole family will be followed by a buffet lunch in the Parish Hall. Monetary donations welcome on the day. Please encourage the children to bring their harvest gifts to display in church.

Quiz night and Potato Pie Supper - 19 October 7.30pm. Tickets available from John Maloney Come and make up or join a team.

Macmillan Coffee Morning - Saturday 20 October 11.00am. Donations gratefully accepted.
