Armed robbery at Norden Co-op

Three armed robbers stole large quantity of cigarettes and cash from the Co-op store in Norden on Tuesday evening (18 September).
The balaclava-clad men had a machete and an axe, which they used to intimidate staff before making off from the scene.
A spokesman for GMP said: “No one was injured but they took a quantity of cigarettes and cash.
“The men were all wearing dark clothing.
“They then fled on foot and may have gotten into a vehicle.”
