Feel Good Veterans The Uplifters once again returned to grace the Rochdale stage on Saturday (18 August) and gave Rochdale Online the lowdown their return.

Returning due to popular demand, the seven-piece ska band first played the Feel Good Festival in 2015. Mixing Jamaican music from the early 1960s with two-tone rhythms from the late 70s to create a unique sound, the band has supported legendary acts including Bad Manners, The Beat, and Neville Staple.

Once again, The Uplifters got Rochdale in the groove and skanking along to all waves of ska.
