Date published: 03 August 2018
A red and black 125cc motorbike was stolen from a house on Ada Street, Rochdale, on Sunday night (30 July).
The Sym Crox bike, registration MX67 ALO, is understood to have been taken by two young men and has been sighted in Newbold since.
Owner Kerri Webb, who only bought the bike a week ago, said: “They don’t realise the impact this has on the person they have robbed.
"A couple of lads were caught on CCTV.
"I’m heartbroken as I had only had the motorbike a week.”
The theft has been reported to Greater Manchester Police.
A spokesman for GMP said: "At around 9:15am on Monday 30 July 2018, police received a report of a break in on Ada Street in Rochdale.
"It was reported that the offender had broken into the rear garden of an address and stole moped that was parked up."
Anybody with information should contact police on 101, quoting incident number 489 of 30/07/18, or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
