No water in parts of Middleton or Rochdale

Parts of Middleton and Rochdale are currently experiencing no water or poor water pressure, (3.40pm on Thursday 26 July).
United Utilities reported no water or poor pressure in the M24 and OL11 postcode areas from 3pm onwards, but the cause is yet to be identified.
A spokesman for United Utilities said: “You may have noticed that the water is coming out of your tap slower than usual or may have gone off altogether. We have one of our inspectors looking into this at the moment.
“We’re sorry about this and will try and get your taps flowing normally as quickly as we can.”
