Graduation Ceremony at Sunshine Preschool

Date published: 23 July 2018

Sunshine Preschool celebrated their end of year with a graduation party.

The children’s success was celebrated at the party, with every child receiving a present and certificate of achievement and trophies awarded to children for making the most progress at Sunshine.

One child received a medal for the most variations of ‘London Bridge is falling down’ and another for showing affection and concern for people, and making friends.

Sunshine also celebrated their new status of ‘autism champion’ and had a trip to Cannon Hall Farm.

Shabina Kauser, Preschool manager, said: “Sunshine Preschool Staff is proud to celebrate their achievement of  ‘autism champion status’ and we are pleased to announce that Sunshine is now an autism-friendly setting.”

Operations Manager Sohail Ahmad said: “It has been another successful year at Sunshine Preschool and we are pleased to see a community-friendly preschool achieving excellence in early years. We wish the very best to all our preschool children and parents and we look forward to all children achieving excellence in their primary school.”

Mohammed Saleem JP and Attiya Malik, Preschool Committee members also joined the graduation ceremony meeting with all children, staff and volunteers to distribute medals, trophies and certificates.

They said: “It’s good to see local children cared for in a local community centre and they stay, play and receive early years education together with other friends. We look forward to see them developing and  progressing further to mark their early career in primary school.”

All of the children are now looking forward to joining primary school.
