Four arrested after teenage girl repeatedly raped

Detectives investigating the rape of a 17-year-old in Rochdale last week have arrested four people.
Two men aged 17 and 20 were arrested on Friday (11 July) on suspicion of rape. The 17-year-old has been bailed pending further inquiries. The 20-year-old has been released without charge.
The investigation continued over the weekend, and two more teenagers were arrested yesterday (Monday 14 July).
The men, aged 17 and 18, were arrested on suspicion of rape and both remain in police custody for questioning.
The teenage victim was dragged into bushes close to the Lidl supermarket on Spotland Road in the early hours of Saturday 5 July and raped several times.
