Pub hit by more vandalism

Graffiti on the front door of the Cemetery Hotel
For the second time inside a month the Cemetery Hotel on Bury Road has been attacked by vandals.
Last month the pub's windows were put through and earlier this week yobs painted graffiti on the front door.
On Wednesday night (2 July) a gang of youths believed to be from the Greave area painted their 'tag' on the door and smeared white paint along the walls.
It is the third reported attack of vandalism on the pub after windows were smashed last month and paint was found all over the pub's company van a couple of weeks ago.
A spokesman from the pub said that there had been thousands of pounds worth of damage and they are still awaiting repairs to one of the curved windows, which was put in when the pub was built in Victorian times.
