Kingsway Park High School Awards Evening
Ben Godley-Teers was named Student of the Year at the Kingsway Park High School Academic Awards evening.
Students and their families attended a ceremony at which governors and staff presented certificates and trophies for each subject, in addition there were presentations for varying outstanding achievements.
As well as the headteacher's award, special awards were presented for independence, resilience, reflection, curiosity, collaboration and attendance.
The graduation of the A.L.A diploma students was the first year that year nine students have participated in the diploma.
David Roberts, chairman of governors, commented on the "outstanding achievements of the students".
