Ibrahim Khazari sentenced to 26 weeks for sexual offence

Ibrahim Khazari, 24, has been ordered to serve a 26-week sentence, suspended for two years after appearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrate’s Court on 30 June.

He was charged with a sexual offence which occurred in the Rochdale borough on 12 December 2016.

Khazari, of Rochdale Road, Moston, pleaded not guilty in March, but was found guilty on 9 June.

He must also comply with a 60-day rehabilitation activity requirement, 180 hours unpaid work, both to be completed in the next 12 months, pay £200 in compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £620 in costs.
