Planning application submitted to convert London House to 42 apartments
A planning application has been submitted to convert London House on Oldham Road in Middleton to 42 apartments.
The conversion would include 18 two-bedroom, 18 single-bedroom and six studio apartments.
The proposal would include ancillary uses: service areas, refuse/plant, and parking. 60 existing car parking spaces would be retained.
The application has been submitted by AGD Architectural Ltd, based in Chester, with the plans drawn by G-Suite Holdings, who were granted permission to transform the site two years ago.
In 2015, Hong Kong-based developers G-Suite were granted permission to transform the site of Warwick Mill and London House to a global trade hub with restaurants and cafés.

The recent application was validated on 6 June and awaits a decision.
