Parkfield Holy Trinity Parish Church for sale

The Diocese of Manchester has put Parkfield Holy Trinity Parish Church in Middleton up for sale for £175,000.

A Diocese spokesperson said: “Following a statutory consultation process involving multiple interested parties, including at Diocesan, Deanery and Parish level, Holy Trinity Parkfield was closed for public worship in late 2015.

“The Former church building is now being marketed for an alternative and appropriate use, subject to a further statutory consultation process.”

The property is being advertised as ‘an attractive former church premises of traditional stone construction beneath a pitched slate roof. The property sits on a site of approx. 0.75 acre.
