Toddler found wandering round Smallbridge - update, parents located

Police have found a boy aged around three or four years wandering around the Smallbridge area this morning (Tuesday 4 April).
He has blonde hair, blue eyes and is wearing a blue shirt, brown shorts, a red Paw Patrol jacket and odd wellies, one is a Fireman Sam wellie, the other is brown with orange dinosaurs on.
Please help find his parents.
