Four youths rescued from mud on Matthew Moss Lane

Four youths were rescued from mud on Matthew Moss Lane on Wednesday (29 March).
Two fire engines from Rochdale, the Technical Response Unit from Leigh, the Water Incident Unit and a fire engine from Eccles were called at 7.00pm to rescue four youths from the mud.
Firefighters used long boards, throw lines and 30 metre GP lines to rescue the youths.
