Four arrested following drugs raid at College Bank

Drugs sezied at College Bank
Four people have been arrested for supplying psychoactive substances (spice).
Police executed a warrant at College Bank flats and seized over 1kg of drugs.
Superintendent Ruffle, District Commander for Rochdale Borough, said: "A drug that risks blighting our communities.
"The crack down has begun."
