Lidl car park draining directly on to the pavement on Spotland Road

Residents have raised concerns about water running off the Lidl site on St Mary’s Gate onto the pavement and into the subway.
Steve Reay, Head of Highways at Rochdale Borough Council, said: “We’re aware of this issue and will connect this water flow to a gully shortly.”
