Hannan Shaukat (also known as Panda - DOB 23 December 1995), of Exeter Street, Rochdale has been convicted of possession and supply of class A drugs in the Milkstone & Deeplish area of Rochdale. He was sentenced to 4 years and 3 months in prison.
