Joseph Heywood charged with assault by beating

Joseph Anthony Heywood (DOB 22/04/1983), of Haweswater Mews in Middleton, has been charged with assault by beating.

He appeared at Bury and Rochdale Magistrate’s Court on Monday (30 January) and has been bailed with conditions not to contact the victim and not to go to Whitecroft Meadows in Middleton.

He was also fined £525 for breach of a restraining order.

The case has been adjourned until 27 March at Manchester and Salford Magistrate’s Court.
