Out of the Blues - course by Health & Wellbeing College, 1pm- 3pm, Sudden Community Centre
This course aims to develop an understanding of how depression affects people and aims to help you deal with low mood.

The MP's Dinner for the Mayor of Rochdale's Charity, 7.00pm for 7.30pm, Rochdale Town Hall
The Lord Maurice Glasman, An English Academic, Social Thinker and Labour Life Peer in the House of Lords. A senior lecturer in political Theory at London Metropolitan University and founder of ‘Blue Labour’. This Dinner will have a "non-political theme".
