Mahmood Ahmed (04/04/1967), of Ashia Close, Rochdale, has been charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child and one count of sexually assaulting a child.
He was remanded in custody and appeared before Bury and Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (26 January).
He remains in custody and is due to appear before Manchester Crown Court, Minshull Street, on Thursday 9 February.
