A blue BMW 520D and a white Skoda Octavia collided with a house on the corner of Milford Street and Whitehall Street at around 1.15pm Wednesday (25 January).

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed the collision and the road is not blocked.

At the time of publication, North West Ambulance are on the scene with a Rapid Response Unit.

Update

A man in his 60s has been taken to Royal Oldham Hospital with head and neck injuries.

A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service said: “A rapid response unit and an ambulance attended the incident and took a patient in his 60s to Royal Oldham with head and neck injuries.”
