Woman found unconscious in car taken to hospital

A woman in her 40s has been taken to Fairfield General Hospital after she was found unconscious in a Citroen car on Whitworth Road this morning (Tuesday 10 January).
Greater Manchester Police and North West Ambulance attended the scene.
A spokesperson for GMP said: “We received a call at 7.50am to reports that a woman of unknown age was unconscious in a Citroen car on Whitworth Road in Healey.”
A North West Ambulance spokesperson said: “We received the call at 7.53am and were on the scene at 7.57am after a woman in her 40s was taken ill. We sent out a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance and she was taken to Fairfield General Hospital.”
