Man cut free from car after collision on Queen's Park Road

Queen's Park Road
A 34-year-old man had to be cut free from a silver Toyota Yaris following a collision with a white Suzuki Swift on Queen's Park Road in Heywood at around 7.19pm on Tuesday evening (27 December).
Fire engines from Heywood, Rochdale, the Technical Response Unit and Major Rescue Unit from Ashton-under-Lyne attended.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “We were called at 7.15pm to reports of a two vehicle collision on Queen's Park Road in Heywood. Ambulance attended and the man was taken to hospital.”
