St Andrew's, Dearnley Christmas Services

Date published: 19 December 2016

Christmas Eve: 4pm, Crib and Christingle Service, with puppets, a lovely way for children to listen again to the Christmas story.

The Bishop of Middleton, the Rt Revd Mark Davies, will lead the service. Judging by last year's attendance you are advised to arrive in good time.

Christmas Eve: 11.00pm, 'Midnight' Sung Eucharist, please note start time.

Christmas Day: 9.30am, Sung Eucharist.

Our curate, the Rev Mike Howarth, who is in charge during our Interregnum; the wardens, Peter and Ray; and the PCC wish all members of the congregation and all parishioners a joyful and blessed Christmas and a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year.

There will be no service at St Andrew's on Sunday, 1 January. Instead we will share a joint service with our friends 'across the road' at Dearnley Methodist Church, starting at 10.15am.
