LEAF raises the flag for Lancashire Day

Mayor of Rochdale Ray Dutton joined Littleborough Events and Associations Forum (LEAF), councillors and members of the public to mark Lancashire Day on Sunday.

The Lancashire flag was raised in Littleborough Square and the Mayor read out the Lancashire Proclamation.

Lancashire Day is held on 27 November to commemorate the day in 1295 when Lancashire first sent representatives to Parliament.
