Littleborough Boxing and Fitness Club has joined the Salvation Army to be a collection point in Littleborough for their Christmas Present Appeal.
You can make a child's Christmas a happier one by purchasing one extra present for this appeal.
Many families will struggle this Christmas to buy presents for their children and the club wants to support The Salvation Army's beliefs that all children should receive a present at Christmas.
Julie Durrant, Centre Development Officer, said "We decided that we wanted to help these children and offered our premises to become a collection point for The Salvation Army's Christmas Presents Appeal.
"The nearest drop off points were in Rochdale and we wanted to make sure we had something in Littleborough."
They are accepting presents any time from Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm and 6 - 9pm each day until Friday 9 December.
Suggested gifts include:
- Up to three years
