Middleton Rotary Club Rotarians Keith Trinnaman and Kit Wellens attended a training session of Chadderton Park Cerebral Palsy Football Club to present a cheque of £300 to help with funding of the club.
The club has over 50 registered players who travel from all over the north west to experience the joy of football in overcoming the obstacle that life has thrown at these children.
Chadderton Park also has 23 FA qualified disabled football coaches, and is one of the leading clubs in this field in the country.
Mr Trinnaman said: ‘It was a delight to see these children with beaming smiles, enjoying themselves and exercising through football.
“It is a great outlet for them, and gives their parents a wonderful opportunity to network also.
“Middleton Rotary is so pleased to be able to offer its support to such a brilliant club within the community."
