Barry Gibbons (06/04/1988), from Rochdale, was charged with driving whilst disqualified and bailed to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court 23 September.

Kelly Bendasiuk (28/01/1975), local to Middleton, was charged with drink driving, failing to stop after a road traffic accident, driving without due care and attention and no insurance and was bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 14 October.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for robbery and taken into custody for questioning.

A 20-year-old Rochdale man together with a 17-year-old youth and a 16-year-old juvenile received adult/youth cautions for burglary related offences that occurred in August on Yorkshire Street.

Aaron Wood (31/12/1997), local to Middleton, was arrested for witness/juror intimidation.

A 24-year-old Rochdale was arrested for public order offences.

Ahmad Pasha (15/11/1987), from Rochdale, was arrested and recalled to prison.

Tony Cunningham (24/07/1969), from Rochdale, was arrested for breach of the peace.

Leon Dunn (31/03/1978), from Rochdale, was charged with breach of the peace and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.

Andrew Gittins (17/04/1984), from Rochdale, was charged with shoplifting and obstructing/resisting a PC in the execution of his/her duty and was bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on 30 September.
