M60 closure due to concern about man on bridge

A section of the M60 was closed off near junction 20 shortly before 5am on Wednesday due to concern over a man who was on a bridge.
He was taken to hospital a short while later.
The motorway was closed in both directions between junction 19, Middleton, and 21 at Failsworth.
It was re-opened shortly after 7am.
