Lewis Bishop charged with attempted murder

Lewis Bishop (25/07/1988), of Ullock Walk, Middleton, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Bury Magistrates Court on Monday (4 September).
Shortly before 1.55am on Saturday 3 September 2016, police were called to Cemetery Street, Middleton, to reports of a shooting. Officers attended and found that a 33-year-old woman had suffered wounds to the leg.
