Man charged over Chloe Cockton crash

Michael Bowker, 19, of Rochdale, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after 16-year-old Chloe Cockton died in a crash in Rochdale.
He has also been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates' Court on 23 September.
Chloe was a passenger in a Renault Clio when it hit a pedestrian barrier on Bury Road on 24 July. She died in hospital.
