• Geraldine Breen (03/02/1966), from Rochdale, was arrested for breaching a court order and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court. 

Monday 22 August:

• Stephen Crossan (02/11/1968), local to Middelton, charged with breaching a restraining order and bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court 26 August.
• Daniel Talbot (02/01/1990), local to Heywood, charged with theft and criminal damage and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 5 September.
• Shane Brennan (21/03/1987), local to Middleton, charged with assault and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 5 September.
• Jodey Norwood (26/11/1976) local to Heywood, charged with drink driving and bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 9 September.

Wednesday 24 August: 

• Wesley Flemming (02/04/1978), local to Middleton, charged with assault and conveyed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court.
• Darren Hamer (05/10/1971), local to Heywood, arrested on warrant and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court. 
• A 20-year-old man, arrested for harassment, in custody for questioning.

Thursday 25 August:

• Craig Deloughrey (09/09/1991), from Rochdale, arrested on Wednesday (24 August), charged with aggravated harassment and conveyed to Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court on Thursday (25 August).
• Anthony Romans (25/08/1984), from Rochdale, charged with criminal damage and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 9 September.
• Anthony Bailey (12/04/1984), from Rochdale, charged with assault and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 12 September.
• Shuhaib Ghafoor (19/11/1991) charged with assault and harassment and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 12 September.
• Paul Bottomley (07/06/1971), local to Middleton, charged with seven counts of fraud by false representation and bailed with conditions to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Court 16 September.
• A 27-year-old man, currently residing in Middleton, arrested for attempted theft from a motor vehicle situated in Middleton.
• A 47-year-old male, local to Littleborough, arrested for theft.
