Raise a wedge for Springhill Hospice

Golfers of all handicaps will be teeing off for Springhill Hospice on Friday 23 September and they want you and your team to pitch in and join them.

The beautiful fairways and greens at Rochdale Golf Club will see teams of four putting and driving during the Hospice’s annual 18 holes, with the club hosting the after tournament evening meal and entertainment.

Annie Moran, Springhill’s new Event’s Coordinator, said: “We’re calling all golfers to get involved with this year’s fundraising. What better way to give something back to your community than a round of golf, evening meal, entertainment from comedian Steve Royle and all in aid of the Hospice.

“It’s a perfect opportunity to spend a day with friends or get a group of work colleagues involved for team building.”
